tram noisepoor insulation

the noise from the trams was terrible. i swear they were practically inside my room. the sound insulation clearly isn't doing its job, despite the double glazing, whatever that is. it reminded me of the tram terminal had set up shop right under my window.

The staff was kind. Caroline created a warm welcome. Ricardo always provided attentive service during breakfast, ensuring all needs were met with charm. I especially enjoyed the luxurious bath. It was a relaxing treat after a long day. i'm really satisfied with my stay.

Although convenient, the proximity to the tram station meant i heard trams frequently, even during the night. Earplugs helped a little though.

The "free mini bar" was a complete joke. It only contained water. Getting ice required begging the bartender, such a hassle. My room faced the tram station and the noise ALL NIGHT made sleep nearly impossible. I wish I'd stayed somewhere quieter.

hotel location was amazing to access train station. i got prompt service when i needed something. the room provided included a comfortable king bed for restful sleeps. a city pass covered the local transport, that helped to make the exploration easier.

the street nearby was a little bit loud, but earplugs was provided.
